This website is about poetry, or at least it will be. In my wanderings and wondering I have found that the body of knowledge of poetry is scattered across many sources like the phrases that reside in a poet’s mind, or scattered musings.

I intend for this website to be a collection of this information on poetry for people of all forms and meters and rhythms, from budding balladists to blossomed bards. This collection of knowledge may take a while to build as I learn to use the tools I have, and I may one day find that this aim was too ambitious.

But as with all poetry one must start somewhere – to dip the quill into the ink, so to speak. And yes, suggestions on ways to build or improve this site are always welcome.
